How should the photovoltaic power station prepare for the typhoon?
In the construction of photovoltaic power stations in the southeast, special attention should be paid to the impact of typhoons and other severe weather, and targeted measures should be taken in the design, operation and maintenance of the project power stations. So how to protect photovoltaic power stations in the typhoon season?
Therefore, You specially interviewed Dr. Sun Yunlin, the product manager of National PHOTOVOLTAIC and the director of photovoltaic power station Research Office of Sun Yat-sen University Solar Energy Research Institute in Shunde, to see how Dr. Sun Yunlin taught us how to prevent typhoons.
1. From the preliminary design of photovoltaic power station, what special points should be paid attention to for centralized power station and distributed power station respectively?
A: (1)Ensure the quality of the building on which the photovoltaic project depends
Any building must be designed with safety factors in mind. In the past, building materials and parts were often heavy, and the main considerations in the design were supporting capacity and the prevention of earthquake risk. In recent years, with the advent of lightweight materials, the risk of these building materials being blown away by the wind should also be considered in the design to prevent the roof from being torn apart by the wind.
(2) Improve the quality of photovoltaic modules and supports
From the point of view of component materials, the selection of component backplate, frame material and package glass can consider to improve the anti-impact, anti-seismic and other performance of the component for some special climate environment regions, so as to improve the ability of resisting special circumstances. From the perspective of power station design, the strength design requirements of photovoltaic bracket and module pressure block, etc. can be moderately improved while the cost and generation benefits of photovoltaic power station are weighed, and the module inclination Angle with better wind resistance ability can be reasonably selected.
Wind resistance ability of photovoltaic power station is mostly determined by photovoltaic bracket. Photovoltaic bracket is a special bracket designed for placing, installing and fixing photovoltaic modules in photovoltaic power generation system. General material has aluminum alloy, carbon steel and stainless steel. Theoretically, the wind resistance capacity of the photovoltaic bracket is 216 km/h, and the wind resistance of the tracking bracket is 150 km/h (greater than wind force of grade 13).
To resist typhoons, first of all, we need to have a very strong photovoltaic support. Therefore, the photovoltaic power station must strengthen the foundation, support, at the same time to ensure the strength of the component frame. This requires targeted site selection design, strict control of product quality, reasonable calculation of wind pressure, snow pressure, etc.
In addition, according to the geology and structure of the project site, the site should avoid typhoon, tornado and other natural disasters.
According to local conditions, the design is carried out by strictly referring to the wind-resistant and seismic parameters of coastal buildings, and the galvanized support with strong pressure-resistant ability is selected. The array layout of photovoltaic system should fully consider wind-resistant tuyere.
(3) Improve the design and installation quality of photovoltaic
Select reliable designers and builders to strictly control the construction quality, lay the foundation well, strictly control the quality of components, supports, inverters and other products, reasonably calculate the wind pressure, snow pressure and so on, and prevent cutting corners.
There is no big difference between centralized power stations and distributed power stations. The key is to do the above points well.
2. Especially for distributed photovoltaic construction in residential areas, how to consider the impact of typhoon in the preliminary design and reduce risks and losses?
Answer: the counterweight that household USES photovoltaic system is cement foundation commonly, cement foundation wants to consider the load of the building adequately, want to satisfy the requirement that resist wind to carry and snow to carry at the same time, normally, the wind pressure that can encounter with local 50 years undertakes a design for a standard, have strict requirement to the weight of cement foundation and concrete strength.
3. From the perspective of post-operation and maintenance of the power station, what should be done to protect the photovoltaic power station in the typhoon season?
Answer: In the later operation and maintenance process, the quality of the building should be checked regularly for the rooftop power station to ensure the quality of the building on which the photovoltaic project depends. Check the strength of photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic supports at any time, as well as the structure of the inverter room, etc., so as to prevent defects.
At the same time, for photovoltaic enterprises, they should enhance their awareness of risk management, purchase diversified photovoltaic insurance, and correctly understand the role and value of insurance. While using insurance to transfer some risks in the industry, effective quality management, operation, maintenance and other measures should be taken to reduce risks in the industry.
4. In terms of distributed photovoltaic, how should the owners of power stations deal with the typhoon?
A: For distributed photovoltaic, before typhoon, we should carefully check the quality of the building on which the photovoltaic project depends, and check the strength of photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic supports and other components. In addition, appropriate insurance may be purchased.
